The rules for using AI Rap Video, covering who can use it, which photos are allowed, how videos and payments work, and our liability.
About these terms
AI Rap Video (the "Service", "we", "us") is a website that generates short AI rap videos from a photo. These terms apply whenever you sign in to or use the Service. Using it means you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.
The Service is an independent project. No artist, record label, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other platform has created, endorsed, sponsored or approved it. The vocals and beats in generated videos are produced by AI for each video and are not intended to copy or imitate any real song or artist. Trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Who can use AI Rap Video
You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. Accounts use Google Sign-In, and you are responsible for anything done through your account.
Rules for uploaded photos
Upload a photo only if all of the following are true:
- it shows you, or an adult who has explicitly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video;
- no one in it is under 18;
- you won't use the result to impersonate, mislead, harass, defame or sexualise anyone, including celebrities, artists and other public figures;
- you have the rights needed to use it.
The photos you choose, and what you do with the videos, are your responsibility. We can decline or delete content, and suspend or close accounts, when these rules are broken.
About AI-generated videos
Each video is created by third-party AI models and is synthetic: it does not record anything that actually happened. It may contain glitches, be inaccurate or not look like the person in the photo. When you share a video, you will:
- mark it as AI-generated wherever a platform requires it, or wherever people might otherwise be misled;
- follow the rules of the platform you post on;
- never pass it off as real footage of a real person or event.
Within these terms and the terms of our AI model providers, you may use your videos personally and on social media. Don't use them for anything unlawful or to violate anyone's rights.
Videos, credits and payment
Your balance is counted in videos. Each render uses one video of the length you choose, and prices are shown before you pay. Stripe processes all payments.
- Videos bought in a pack stay in your balance for as long as your account exists.
- Nothing is billed on a recurring basis. Every pack is a single payment, with no subscription.
- A render that fails or is stopped by a safety filter is credited back to your balance automatically.
- Credits can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.

Fair use
Don't try to overload, attack, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the Service, generate videos with bots or scripts, or resell access to it.
No warranties; limits on liability
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the 3 months before your claim.
Updates
These terms may change. If we make a material change, we'll publish the new version here with an updated date, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
