Privacy Policy
What personal data AI Rap Video handles, why, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to delete it.
In short
AI Rap Video only handles the data needed to turn your photo into a video and run your account. Your uploads stay private, aren't sold, aren't used for ads and aren't used to train AI.
What we handle
| Data | Where it comes from | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, profile picture | Google Sign-In | To create and identify your account |
| Your uploaded photo | You | To generate the video you asked for |
| Your generated videos | Our AI provider | So you can watch and download them in My Videos |
| Payment status and a customer reference | Stripe | To add purchased videos to your balance. We never see full card numbers |
| Basic usage data (pages, device, errors) | Your browser | To keep the site running and improve it |
What we use it for
- Generating, storing and delivering your videos
- Running your account, balance and purchases
- Stopping fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms
- Fixing problems and improving the Service
We don't sell personal data, use your photos or videos in advertising, or publish them.
How your photo is processed
When you start a render, your photo goes to the AI video model provider through an encrypted connection and a temporary private link. The provider uses it only to create your video, under its own terms. It receives the photo and nothing else: not your name, email or payment details.
Your photos and videos are never used to train AI models.
Storage and deletion
Uploads and results are kept privately in Cloudflare R2 storage and can only be seen from your account. Delete a video in My Videos and its source photo is deleted with it. Deleting your account removes your photos, videos and account data.
Cookies
We set cookies for sign-in, language and analytics. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may be able to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it's processed. Contact us and we'll help.
Minors
AI Rap Video is for adults only, and photos of anyone under 18 are not permitted.
Updates
When this policy changes, we'll publish the new version here with an updated date.
