Refund Policy
How AI Rap Video handles failed renders, refunds on unused video packs and billing mistakes.
Failed renders are credited back automatically
When a render fails, runs out of time or is stopped by the safety filter, the video goes straight back into your balance. You don't need to ask.
A video that renders successfully isn't credited back just because you'd prefer a different result, since the AI model has already produced it. A sharp, front-facing photo makes the biggest difference, so check the photo tips on the home page before you generate.
Refunds on unused packs
Changed your mind? You can get your money back on a pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as you haven't used any videos from it. Send us the email address on your account and the purchase date. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with through Stripe, and the pack's videos are removed from your balance.
Nothing recurring
AI Rap Video only sells one-time packs. You're never enrolled in a subscription, and you won't be charged again unless you buy another pack.
Our mistakes
Double-charged, or paid without receiving your videos? Tell us and we'll put it right.
